Welcome to ZChatRoom. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zchatroom.com and the services, features, chat rooms, profiles, games, messaging systems, and other functionality provided by ZChatRoom ("ZChatRoom", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using ZChatRoom, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You may use ZChatRoom only if you meet the minimum age requirements applicable to you under the laws of your country or region. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ZChatRoom is lawful in your location. Your Account

You must also not use ZChatRoom to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, fraudulent content, or other harmful material.

Prohibited Content

You must not post, transmit, upload, or otherwise distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, excessively hateful, sexually exploitative, or intended to facilitate criminal activity. ZChatRoom does not permit targeted harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or repeated unwanted contact. Users should respect reasonable requests to stop contacting another user. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abusive or harmful behavior.

Personal Information

You should not publicly post another person's private or sensitive information without appropriate authorization. This includes home addresses, telephone numbers, passwords, financial information, government identification information, private documents, or other information that could reasonably put another person at risk. You should also avoid sharing your own sensitive personal information in public chat rooms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content that you create and submit to ZChatRoom, subject to any rights that you may have already granted to others. By submitting content to ZChatRoom, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, and provide the service.

Responsibility for User Content

You are responsible for the content you post, send, upload, or otherwise make available through ZChatRoom. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit such content and that your content does not knowingly violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Public Chat Rooms

Messages and content posted in public chat rooms may be visible to other users and may be copied, recorded, or shared by them. Do not treat public chat rooms as private or confidential communication channels. ZChatRoom cannot control what other users may do with information that you voluntarily make publicly available.

Private Messages

Private messaging features are intended for communication between users. However, private messages should not be considered absolutely confidential. ZChatRoom may access or process information associated with private communications when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, moderation, investigation of reports, technical support, legal compliance, or protection of users and the service.

Reporting Users and Content

If you believe that a user or piece of content violates these Terms, you may report it through available reporting features or by contacting us. Please provide accurate and relevant information when making a report. We may review reported content and take action where we determine that action is appropriate.

Moderation

ZChatRoom may use automated tools, moderators, administrators, and other reasonable measures to review, restrict, remove, or manage content and accounts. We may take action when we believe that content or behavior violates these Terms, creates a safety or security risk, interferes with the service, or may expose ZChatRoom or its users to legal risk.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or feature when reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, attempts to abuse or compromise the service, engages in fraudulent or harmful activity, creates a security risk, or where action is required for legal or regulatory reasons. No Circumvention

If your account or access to ZChatRoom has been suspended or terminated, you must not attempt to bypass the restriction through another account, identity, technical method, or other means without our authorization.
