ZChatRoom Community Rules
Welcome to ZChatRoom! These rules are designed to keep our chat rooms friendly, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. By using ZChatRoom, you agree to follow these rules. Moderators may take action when these rules are violated.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other users with respect. Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, insult, or repeatedly target another user. Disagreements are allowed, but personal attacks and abusive behavior are not.
2. No Harassment or Bullying
Do not repeatedly annoy, follow, threaten, shame, or target another user. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, respect their request. Repeated unwanted contact may result in moderation action.
3. No Hate or Discrimination
Do not attack, threaten, or encourage discrimination or violence against people based on characteristics such as race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, or other protected characteristics.
4. No Threats or Violence
Threats of violence, encouragement of violence, instructions intended to facilitate violence, or attempts to intimidate users through threats are not allowed.
5. Protect Personal Information
Never post or share another person's private information without permission. This includes home addresses, phone numbers, passwords, financial information, government identification documents, private photographs, or other sensitive information. Do not post your own sensitive information publicly either.
6. No Doxxing
Publishing or threatening to publish someone's private or identifying information in order to intimidate, expose, embarrass, or harm them is strictly prohibited.
7. No Scams or Fraud
Do not use ZChatRoom to scam, defraud, deceive, impersonate, phish, or financially exploit other users. Do not request passwords, banking credentials, verification codes, or other sensitive information from users.
8. No Spam
Do not flood chat rooms with repeated messages, unwanted advertisements, referral links, promotional content, or unsolicited messages. Automated spam and mass messaging are not permitted.
9. No Malicious Links or Software
Do not share malware, viruses, phishing pages, malicious scripts, credential-stealing websites, or links designed to compromise another person's device or account.
10. No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another user, moderator, administrator, company, celebrity, public figure, or other person or organization in a way that could mislead or deceive others.
11. Keep Sexual Content Appropriate
Do not use ZChatRoom to share sexually exploitative material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, or content intended to sexually exploit or abuse another person. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
12. Protect Minors
Do not attempt to sexually exploit, groom, manipulate, solicit, or otherwise abuse minors. Do not request sexual images or sexual conversations from minors. Suspicious or potentially dangerous behavior may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
13. No Illegal Activities
Do not use ZChatRoom to organize, facilitate, promote, or participate in illegal activities. Content that facilitates serious criminal activity may be removed and may be reported where appropriate.
14. No Account Abuse
Do not attempt to access another user's account, steal credentials, bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with ZChatRoom's systems. Do not use another person's account without authorization.
15. No Bots or Abuse of the Service
Do not use bots, scripts, automated tools, or other methods to spam, scrape, overload, manipulate, or interfere with ZChatRoom unless expressly authorized by ZChatRoom.
16. Use Appropriate Usernames and Profiles
Usernames, avatars, profile images, biographies, and other profile information must not be used to impersonate others, promote illegal activity, harass users, distribute malicious content, or otherwise violate these rules.
17. Do Not Evade Moderation
If your account or access to a chat room has been suspended, muted, restricted, or banned, do not attempt to bypass the restriction using another account, identity, device, or other method.
18. Respect Chat Room Topics
Please keep conversations reasonably relevant to the chat room you are using. Repeatedly disrupting conversations, intentionally derailing discussions, or disturbing other users may result in moderation action.
19. Do Not Abuse Reporting
Use reporting features responsibly. Do not submit knowingly false reports, coordinate reports to target another user, or abuse the reporting system to harass someone.
20. Follow Moderator Instructions
Moderators and administrators may take reasonable steps to maintain safety and order. Users should follow legitimate moderator instructions. If you disagree with a moderation decision, use the available contact or appeal process rather than disrupting the chat room.
21. Moderation Actions
Depending on the situation, ZChatRoom may warn a user, remove content, delete messages, mute a user, restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations may result in immediate action without a warning.
22. Severe Violations
Some behavior may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal, including child sexual exploitation, credible threats of serious violence, doxxing, serious fraud, malicious attacks against the service, account compromise, distribution of malware, and other serious or illegal conduct.
23. Report Problems
If you encounter harassment, scams, threats, illegal content, or other serious violations, please use the available report feature or contact us at [email protected]. When reporting an issue, provide accurate information and relevant evidence when possible.
24. Use Common Sense
Never send money, passwords, verification codes, financial information, or sensitive personal documents to someone you meet online. Be careful when meeting people you have met through the internet, and remember that people may not always be who they claim to be.
25. Moderation and Rule Updates
These rules may be updated as ZChatRoom grows and new safety issues arise. We may take reasonable action against behavior that creates a significant safety, security, or community risk even if a specific example is not listed above.
